Cracking the Code

So you have come to the right place!

My aim is to fill the void. Here, you won’t find the same old stuff. You will find different stuff, new stuff, leading edge stuff, true agility stuff, giving you insights in the interface between chaos and order.  Anything less is  an exercise in futility and fragility, not agility. To crack the code of agility and fill the void, I explore the whole challenge, the whole problem and the whole solution in three dimensions.

I will take you on a journey through complexity to mastery.  Agility is complex and the majority of people massively over simplify it. Not here. I want to help you leave the majority and join the minority who are cracking the code of agility. I have taken many people, teams, organizations, businesses and enterprises on that journey to agility and I can take you too.

“The most comprehensive, integrated model I have ever seen for the moving parts of driving a business, and I’ve seen a lot!” ~ Larry Hart, Vistage Chair

The AGILE Model from my colleagues and I at Agility Consulting & Training provides a leading edge, research based window into the challenge of leadership agility, team agility and organizational agility.

You will learn provocative, profound and practical insights into agility. I will help you interpret, translate and facilitate the secrets of agility learned from what I call “everyday agile leaders” in business settings and non-business settings (Navy SEALs, Fighter-Pilots, Fire-Fighters, etc. I started my career as an “everyday agile leader” working on offshore drilling rigs as a Petroleum Engineer), interpreting their secrets, translating them into business terms, and facilitating them into your business, your career and your life. You will learn how to integrate, align and attune these insights, as an integrated whole, with alignment enterprise wide and deep, tuned into the challenges of your journey.

“Let’s be clear - this is the beginning of a love/hate relationship!” I say that to every CEO, executive and team that I work with, as part of developing an eye-level relationship of accountability. You will hate me when I will not shy away from making you face the complexities of agility and your whole challenge. You will love me when I cut you some slack and help you progress on your journey to mastery.
